The Division Bench’s intervention came hours after Justice Nisha Thakore had quashed the notification issued by the Gir Somnath District Collector.A Division Bench of Chief Justice Manash Ranjan Pathak and Justice Nirzar Desai stayed Justice Thakore’s judgment following an urgent appeal by the Gujarat government.
