CAIRO, Nov. 2.: The newspaper Siasash learns from a trustworthy source that the contents of the third chamber of Tutankh-Amen’s tomb have recently been opened and while they are not so rich and fine as those of the other two chambers they are of great historical importance, because they represent everything used for the funeral ceremony.

Thirty small boats of two kinds were found, one sort being that used for funerals for journeying from Luxor across the Nile to the tombs and the other sort intended to transport the body from the earth to heaven. A very interesting box of small statuettes has also been found having Tutankh-Amen’s head but the body of a bird or animal, giving the Egyptian conception after life and two chariots have been found unornamented.

They were supposed to have been used during hunting. These are the first of their kind ever discovered.
